I have completed testing the NEWS NNTP client program, but I'm sure there are
still problems in the code. A BETA version will be placed on
"sao.aarnet.edu.au" (130.56.5.21) at the end of this week for collection via
anonymous ftp, and also by PSI_COPY from the DTE (0505)26244003215.

The NNTP client looks identical to NEWS itself, and will run over decnet,
decnet stream (Ultrix / Decnet), and CMU, Multinet and WIN TCP implementations.
