MX V5.1 ECO 02, 04-NOV-1998

Change description:

   * Fix problem in maximum message size check in VMS MAIL
     interface.  Report error back to user when message is
     too large to be entered into queue.

Installation:

    1. Copy the appropriate image (VAX or Alpha) to MX_EXE:

          $ COPY MX_MAILSHRP.{AXP|VAX}_EXE MX_EXE:*.EXE

    2. Re-INSTALL the shareable image:

    	  $ INSTALL REPLACE MX_MAILSHRP

* If you have a mixed VMScluster with both VAX and Alpha systems,
  you will need both images - one for each architecture.
