     The following files are included:  TEDI.EXE, TEDEDT.DOC, TEDFMT.DOC,
RELEAS.TXT, TEDEDT.TED, and TEDFMT.TED.

     Read RELEAS.TXT for installation information.  Read the two .DOC
files for usage.  The TEDEDT.TED and TEDFMT.TED are TEDI formatter
input for the respective .DOC files.  TEST.TED is a sample TEDI input
for the formatter which exercises most of its features.

     This program is the program described in the TEDI session at
Spring DECUS.
