The programs in this subdirectory are here because they do not
fit anywhere else.  They come from three sources:  CRELOG, DAYOFWEEK,
DELLOG, DFORM, and DTIME come from Joe Bingham of Mantech Corp., and are
documented in CRELOG.DOC, DELLOG.DOC, DFORM.DOC, and DTIME.DOC.  Top-level
documentation for the submissions from Francis Monaco at the U.S. Military
Academy at West Point, together with further documentation pointers, are
in WESTPOINT.TXT.  Top-level documentation for the submissions from Ira
Winston at U. Penn. are in UPENN.TXT.
	Some of the functions provided by these procedures are:  a text
formatted, a datebook, a Pascal prettyprinter, routines to create and
delete logical names in supervisor mode, and a set of generally useful
Pascal routines, a HELP file for RUNOFF, and a teleconferencing program.
