How to install -
0. Log in as SYSTEM.
1. Read tape into a scratch or working directory.
2. Copy SF*.COM and SF3.EXE into SYS$SYSTEM:*.*
   They do not require privilege, but you may want to INSTALL the
   .EXE /OPEN if it will be used frequently.  Protection should
   be (S:RWED,O:RWED,G:RE,W:RE), and owner should be [1,4].
3. Enter:
   $LIBR/HELP  SYS$HELP:HELPLIB  SFTRAN
4. Add the following to the system-wide LOGIN.COM:
   $@SYS$SYSTEM:SFSYMB.COM
