Program:  UNBLOCK

Purpose:  Read fixed-blocked ASCII tapes onto a disk file.

Usage:
	$ALLOC MT: MT:
	$MOUNT/FOREIGN/BLOCK=blocksize/RECORD=xx/DENS=density MT:
	$ASSIGN MT: FOR009:
	$ASSIGN file: FOR010:
	$RUN build:[BLDUTIL.RUN]UNBLOCKxx
		where xx = 72 or 80 = logical record length,
		      file: is your desired output file,
                      and build is one of BUILDDEV, BUILDACC, or
                      BUILDOPR.
