This directory contains NETSPEC and NETPAS, two network utilities to control
the use of passwords over DECNET. NETSPEC creates logical names for a 
node specifications with passwords so they can be used without explicitly
typing a password on your terminal or in a command procedure. NETPAS lets you
change passwords at remote nodes. The help files are NETSPEC.MEM and 
NETPAS.MEM.  The following files must exist in SYS$SYSTEM:
	NETSPEC.EXE  NETPAS.EXE  SETPAS.EXE  XXXSETPAS.COM

and the symbols
	NETSPEC :== $NETSPEC 
and
	NETPAS :== $NETPAS
must be established.
