	To modify the DCLTABLES permanently do the following:

		1) Copy the DCLTABLES

			$COPY/CONTIGIOUS SYS$LIBRARY:DCLTABLES.EXE -
					 SYS$LIBRARY:DCLTABLES.OLD

		2) Map new commands in

			$SET COMMAND/OUTPUT=SYS$LIBRARY:DCLTABLES.EXE -
				    /TABLES=SYS$LIBRARY:DCLTABLES.EXE -
							USERS.CLD

		3) Reboot system to use new table or do an install with 
		   a replace switch

		4) Bring back old tables & do step 3 whenever you do a 
		   system upgrade or new layered product is installed. 
		   Once it's installation is complete repeat steps 
		   1 - 3.
