This DECUS submission contains two sets of VAX Ada software.  One set
is contained in the subdirectory [.TOOLS] and contains a set of Ada reuseable
packages.  Please note that several of these packages are "WITH"ed by the
other set of software, so it will be necessary to compile this set of software
first.

     The second set of Ada software found in the [.TAPSE] subdirectory is all
the software necessary to build The Ada Programming Support Environment (TAPSE)
as described at the Fall 1985 DECUS Symposium.
