RED now displays unique graphics for each of the 256
possible character codes. The graphics are as follows:

20-7E	Normal	 	Normally

80-9F	Control		Bold @, A-Z, [, \, ], ^, _; with underline.

A0-FE	Normal		Normally, but with underline.

FF-FF	DELETE		Checkerboard pattern with underline.
