To make STOIC and RED work under version 4 of VMS:

Insert at the end of module SAO$STOIC:IMAGE insert the statement:

	'IMAGE : IMAGE_WRT ;

 Then do a STOBUILD.  Everything should be OK.  You have produced a writable
 images for STOIC and RED.  This image, I believe, is not sharable, so if you
 want to install it with the INSTALL command, use the /OPEN and /HEAD switches
 only.  The sharable image feature was to increase RED's efficiency on
 heavily loaded edit-intensive systems.
