DELETE    -  erases  a  specified  message from the board. You will be shown a
             directory of all  the  messages  which you are allowed to delete,
             and you can opt to delete any of them by number.

ARCHIVE   -  a privileged command which  is used to  maintain the  boards. All
             messages posted before  a  given data are removed from the system
             and  their  space  can be reclaimed for other messages. An option
             under this command allows you  to store the deleted messages in a
             .ARCHIVE file for subsequent reuse.

TOPIC     -  another privileged command which can  be used to delete an entire
             topic and all the messages posted under it.
