Scanlib is a collection of FORTRAN routines to allocate a VAX port;
establish a communications link to an NCS Sentry 7004 optical document
scanner; open an file to receive output from the scanner device; and to
serially receive request records from the device and store the records.
Optionally, a record may be host edited and the scanner sheet rejected
to a secondary hopper.
