	RTL.PAS produces and environment file, similar to starlet, for
	some of the run-time library routines. SMG.PAS proceduces an
	environment file for the screen management routines. Also included
	are several example programs.

	Not all of the routines have been tested. My hope in submitting this
	is that others will use these environment files, sending me any
	additions, enhancements, or criticisms. Each symposium, I will
	submit the expanded environment file, plus any new examples.
