	Renamed TV970 to VK100, for benefit of GIGI users; TV970
	table does not seem to have helped with use of our FNAL
	Televideos in EDT.

	Copied SMGTERMS.TXT from SYS$SYSTEM, used as basis of 
	routines for ADM3A and TV970.  The TV970 code is just
	an unmodified version of VT100.  The ADM3A support is 
	based on Zenith's description of ADM3A emulation in their
	Z29 terminal operator's manual.  The TERMTABLE file has
	been shipped to BISON::USR$ROOT4:[KREYMER.TERMTABLE],
	and tested with BISON::USR$ROOT4:[KREYMER]SMG, and with
	MAIL.  Original testing was on BSNDBG.
