	Contains various .HLP help item files.

GUIDE.HLB is the library.
GENERATE.COM forms the library from the individual items.
	Eventually, it may be desirable to maintain GUIDE.HLP
	as a single file, once all the items have been
	written.
LIST.FDL is for use in CONVERTing to Fortran Carriage Control
PUBLISH.COM	prepare a printable version of USERGUIDE, using
	PREPUB.COM to format and concatenate items.
PREPUB.COM	format and concatenate a HLP file
