Subj:	Including Examples, Figures and Tables in Table of Contents

There is an undocumented method for automatically including and building a
list of examples, list of figures and list of tables into the table of contents.The method involves the use of the .SEND TOC command. The format of the command to be utilized is:

.SEND TOC x y,       text for title with NO commas

x = 1 - Examples
    2 - Figures
    3 - Tables
     of spaces following it to make a total of nine characters not counting the
     comma

The comma after the number causes the information to be moved to the extreme
left of the table of contents. Without the comma, the text starts at the place 
where the header level text is positioned. A comma in the text seems to act likea line feed without a carriage return and will cause the text to be placed on
two lines within the table of contents.
