Subj:	redirecting the output for system files

There are several logical names that allow one to move files, for whatever
reason, off of the system disk.  For example:

SYSUAF		SYSUAF.DAT
NETUAF 		NETUAF.DAT
RIGHTLIST	RIGHTLIST.DAT
ACCOUNTNG	ACCOUNTNG.DAT

Are there others ? (ie: for operator logs, errlog, etc. ?)
Are there reasons NOT to move these files off of the system disk ?
