This program will program the VT2xx terminal function keys F6 through F20.

Once the key has been programmed, it will stay that way until the terminal
is powered off or the key is reprogrammed. To use the programmed key press the
SHIFT key while also pressing the function key.

To use the program execute the command procedure as follows:
$ @VT2XX.COM

in the command procedure VT2XX.COM  ADMIN__VT2XX: is a logical name 
for the directory where the executable is located. This logical name needs to
be defined, or the command procedure should be edited. )
