MATLAB is a matrix manipulation package, ported from the Amiga version
to VAX by Glenn Everhart (hastily...).
  It has been edited so the max number of cells available is 10015,
not 5005 or so as before. Full sources & docs are included. Use VMS
ARC to pull it apart. Linked on vms 4.7.
