The recent re-posting of RNOTOTEX had a checksum failure in creating the
file FLAGOPS.PAS.  After a couple minutes of looking, I found that there
was one line missing from the routine.  Here is the diff files, for those
others who will be experiencing a similar problem when using the compile
procedure included with the posting:

The program works as advertised.  Since we are encouraging a move from DSR
Runoff to LaTeX, it is very nice to have such a program available, and I'd
like to thank R. Venhola for writing it and user EDGECOMBE for putting it
into an archive format.
