	Yes, from personal experience, this is possible.

	Set the CLUSTER group and CLUSTER password the same as the
	'primary' boot node.  Your 11/780 will become a member of
	the cluster upon booting.

	Set MSCP_LOAD=1 and MSCP_SERV_ALL=2 (for non-HSC disk)

	Set NISCS_LOAD_PEA0=1 to load the PEDRIVER.

	NISCS_PORT_SERV might also be worth determining.

	In SYSGEN, use HELP PARAMETERS MSCP (etc.) to set the above
	parameters more to your liking.	

	You are correct in noting that the 11/780 must have its own
	system disk.
