 1)  implement /log
 2)  add /number[ed] option, similar to search
 3)  finish implementing 'common' qualifiers (/exclude, /confirm, /by_owner,
	/before, /since, /created, /modified, /backup [/backedup?], /expired)
 4)  option to specify or propagate more rms settings for output file (at a
	minimum, allow sort's /format=fixed=#)
 5)  adjust rms input options to allow access to an open .log file (and/or
	implement /override_locked=(file,record) or something similar)
 0)  clean up source code & update documentation
