There are 3 files that address the offsets of fields contained in the
ATTENDEE.DAT, PAYMENTS.DAT, AND EVENTS.DAT files.  This information includes
the Datatrieve descriptions of the record structure, first character offset
for the specific field, and the last character offset for that field.
The files reside in [.SETUP] directory and are named 
 1)  ATTENDEE_OFFSETS.DOC
 2)  PAYMENT_OFFSETS.DOC
 3)  EVEVNT_OFFSETS.DOC
The complete DATATRIEVE dictionary description is found in DECUS.LEX
Other offsets that are not documented can be found in SRS$COMMONS: (the
[.COMMONS] subdirectory), as well as those that have been documented. These
files will describe the offsets via the DATA statement and COMMON block rather
than the more descriptive method of a text document.
