This directory has a series of messages which are posted monthly to
news.announce.newusers.  Before turning on Usenet to your user
community, you should strongly consider reading these and making
parts of them available to anyone with a newreader capable of
posting.  These were downloaded in June, 1991, so if you're reading
this more than six months after that, these are probably badly
out of date.
