This is the VMS/Ultrix |Connection transport and will not talk CMUtek. Make sure the above is |not installed and DECW$TRANSPORT_CMU.EXE is. It is just not necessary to make sure DECW$TRANSPORT_TCPIP is not installed. First, make sure you install DECW$TRANSPORT_CMU.EXE some time during your startup like this: $ install create/open/header/share sys$share:decw$transport_cmu Additionally, make sure sure you edit SYS$STARTUP:DECW$PRIVATE_SERVER_SETUP.COM and for those nodes where you wish to use the CMU transport, add it to the definition of the symbol DECW$SERVER_TRANSPORTS for those nodes, like this: $ decw$server_transports == "DECNET,LOCAL,LAT,CMU"
