I can attest that VMSSERV@ubvms.cc.buffalo.edu is also on the Internet and you 
should have no problem getting the package from there.  Send e-mail to
vmsserv@ubvms.cc.buffalo.edu and as the first line in the body of the mail 
message, not the Subject: line, include the following line:

send look.package
