In Alpha VMS V1.0-FT4, the PHONE utility will crash with an access violation
when a PHONE ANSWER is performed. Solving the problem involves using a VEST
translated image of the VAX VMS V5.5 PHONE utility instead of the Alpha VMS
version. 

Since DECUS may not redistribute copies of DEC executables, this file will
instruct you how to solve the problem yourself.

1> Get a copy of VAX VMS V5.5 SYS$SYSTEM:PHONE.EXE
2> Issue the command VEST/NOFEEDBACK PHONE.EXE
3> Copy PHONE_TV.EXE to SYS$SYSTEM:PHONE.EXE on the Alpha
4> Issue the command INSTALL REPLACE SYS$SYSTEM:PHONE.EXE on the Alpha
