This is a TEST version of CDDRIVER which adds some updates to make
it work better in a cluster. It is NOT a general cluster driver,
but will understand enough so that if you have a disk on a VAX
that is ONLY connected physically to THAT VAX but MSCP served
to a cluster, if you run this cacher on THAT VAX, it will benefit
the entire cluster. The work is due to Jon Pinkley working from
Paul Sorenson's original CDDRIVER.
