Subj:	Announcing VT4xx recognition for FINGER

  Since the VT4xx series of terminals were released after FINGER, FINGER does
not understand the type code for a VT4xx. This causes a cosmetic problem where
VT420's are reported as "Invalid?". The attached change to FINGERTER.FOR will
correct this cosmetic problem. This does not change the version number of FIN-
ger, which remains V51.1.29.
