Just to let you know.  We have just finished installing OpenVMS AXP V1.0 on
our Alpha here.  And it seems that the C compiler has a few problems.  We
have already reported them to Digital.

If you have a routine with parameters defined as follows:

foo (a, b)
register a, b;	/* assume int */
{
}

This will cause the C compiler to die, and request that you submit an
SPR.

Also, it seems that if you try to use 64 bit arithmetic the compiler generates
a code stream that eventually results in a divide by 0 operation.

Otherwise, it looks good.
