As I don't speak French (is that even the right language?) I'm
not exactly sure what the question is, but it seems to be about
the availability of POP3 servers for VMS.

IUPOP3 is such a server, and has been used successfully on VMS 5.3,
5.4, and 5.5.  It works with UCX, WIN/TCP, and Multinet.  It's also
a multithreaded server, so it won't create a process for every
client connection.
