Subj:	LASER bug fixed.

Using WIDE=TRUE with NUMBER_UP was not working properly.  It is now.  Also,
NUMBER_UP does not work properly if WIDE=TRUE or PAGE_ORIENTATION=LANDSCAPE is
specified for postscript files.  This can not be helped (note that DECPrint can
not do it either).  The HELP file has been modified to mention this.  The
updated files are now available at PFC.MIT.EDU.
