Please test it first on at least one current UNIX system to make sure none of
the changes in UNIX in the last decade have broken it  (I wish the grad
students at Berkeley had assigned as much importance to the idea of backward
compatibility as have the DEC developers), and include the caveat that it
doesn't handle ACLs at all, nor file names longer than 9 characters nor file
types longer than 3 characters, nor such things as indexed files.

Well, if you've got any suggestions for how to convince the new generation of
"computer literate" people posting to INFO-VAX/COMP.OS.VMS that computers don't
work by magic, and that to answer their questions, they've got to:
	1)  Tell us what they're trying to accomplish;
	2)  Give us enough information that we can reproduce their problems; and
	3)  Give us a reliable way of getting in touch with them
I'd be forever in your debt, at least if the suggestions actually WORK!
