Attached is the Abstract for this tape. The first copies of the tapes have been sent to the DECUS Library and to the top of the TapeCopy (LUG) Tree for distribution. Copies are also being sent to the normal Non-U.S. Chapter sites. Shortly, the tape should be available to you through your normal channel. The VMS Systems SIG and the L&T SIG would like to thank all the submittors for this tape. These collections would not be possible if we did not get the submissions. This tape was put together from submissions at the Spring 1992 DECUS Symposium, Atlanta, Georgia, by Glenn C. Everhart VAX SIG librarian 215 358 5875 Everhart@Raxco.com and Ted Nieland L&T SIG Librarian 513 476 4639 (work) 513 426 3235 (home) Nieland@Ted.HCST.com with the able assistance of various volunteers. Al Zirkle, Dave Schmidt, Marilyn Fedele, and Tony Scandora deserve mention for this tape. Spring 1992 VMS/L&T Sig Tape Abstracts The L&T and VMS Systems SIGs are again producing a combined collection for Spring 1992 to reduce duplication between the two. The collection has been split, rather arbitrarily, into an L&T part and a VMS part for purposes of packaging it for the DECUS Library. The NLC / Tree distribution is combined but the collection is too large for a single TK50 and thus is split across two DECUS Library part numbers. Please be aware that you only have the complete collection for Spring 1992 by obtaining both parts. Some of the material is compressed due to volume of submissions. Please read file Compressions.Txt in the index directory for information on decompressing the files. The parts are packaged as VAX 92A and L&T 92A with the [92AVAXLT...] tree on both parts and the [DECUSLIB...] tree on the VAX92A tape (due to sizes). INDEX Directory ([92AVAXLT]) ----- --------- ---------- Indices and descriptions of what is on the tapes. [.tools] subdirectory contains tools needed to decompress or unpack some packed items.
