This is the LOGGER session-logger utility written by Forrest Kenney
   primarily as an example of how to use the PTD$ pseudoterminal routines
   introduced in VMS 5.4.  This was originally available on the VAX90B1
   DECUS tape set.

   The two ZIP files in this directory contain:
	1. logger.zip      - source, object, and executable files for LOGGER
	2. logger_src.zip  - source files only for LOGGER

   Please note that LOGGER is not useful as it stands as a session-logging
   utility--it is presented here as an example of how to use the PTD$
   pseduoterminal routines.
