ASPAGE -- Ascii Paging utility

Compilation instructions:

        With MMS:
                1. Edit DESCRIP.MMS to provide proper /DEFINEs (instructions
                        within the file)
                2. $ MMS

        Without MMS:
                1. Edit BUILD.COM to provide proper /DEFINEs (see DESCRIP.MMS)
                2. $ @BUILD

Usage instructions:

        1. If using a LAT application port or direct terminal connection,
                $ DEFINE ASP_DEV <device_name>
        2. Define foreign command
                $ ASPAGE :== $dev:[dir]ASPAGE
        3. $ ASPAGE <pager-switch-number> <pager-number> "<message>"
           (example: $ ASPAGE 9,8721993 2564070 "Hello there")
