There are 2 choices:

1) the official lynx distribution
   ftp to ftp2.cc.ukans.edu, in /pub/lynx

2) the unofficial FM distribution by Foteos Macrides, which
   is a lot more developed.

   Also at ftp.hhs.dk, in directory [.FOTE_MIRROR]

   Look for a file named LYNX2-?-FM.ZIP

Please note that (2), although it has more features, is beta-test and may not 
be as stable as you wish.
