Standalone DELIVER can be used for this, and as long as the VMS systems aren't going to get upgraded this would be the approach I would recommend. However, if you do intend to migrate the VMS systems to VMS 7.0 standalone DELIVER should not be deployed at this time. Changes to VMS MAIL in VMS 7.0 have turned standalone DELIVER into a huge security hole. There is no way to fix this short of rewriting DELIVER as a protected image, something I for one am not willing to do. If VMS 7.0 is part of your future the only viable approach is to use something like the integrated version of DELIVER in PMDF. (PMDF provides the necessary protected environment in this case.) Note that there is also a Change Of Address channel specifically for PMDF that eliminates the need for DELIVER in any form. Ned
