Does that just mean no regression? 4) What does the non-goal "Invalidate code from other groups" mean? 5) I still think that both the little (individual) and big (group) project definitions are vague, and that the big projects do not necessarily contain the right mix of little projects. 6) The organization is a bit confusing: on page 3 there's a section "Specific Implementation Approach" which seems to be describing what we plan to do, but it looks like it's been dropped in the middle of the "Rejected Approaches" section. The last paragraph of the "Specific Implementation Approach" seems to go back to "Rejected Approaches". 7) In general I think the reader has to work too hard to extract exactly what it is we plan to do and how long it will take. I know we're not describing per-release plans in this document, but I think that we should have the palette of work we're considering described pretty well. - Rick
