I do it all the time. There is an InfoServer Publisher package, but you can often do better by assembling a package yourself using one of the higher end recorders. InfoServer kernel V3.3 supports the Philips CDD522 and Yamaha CDR100 (as well as those supported by previous releases.) I've also managed to port the GNU mkisofs utility to run under POSIX for OpenVMS (both VAX and Alpha.)
