For Alpha: QA-MT1AG-H8.   I will have to backtrack a bit and say that I am not
100% certain that this product includes the Freeware CD, though I think it
does.

As Glenn has pointed out (and of which I was unaware), the Freeware CD can
be ordered from DECUS as VS0185 for $10 plus shipping.  See www.decus.org.
