Note - this is an actual situation at local level ..It ain't a pretty picture .. FWIW, it appears that there is renewed interest at senior mgmt levels on delivering solutions as opposed to pt. products, so if they are serious about this, then resolving these stove pipe tree hugging issues needs to be resolved asap.
