Subj:	FILE and VERB for OpenVMS AXP

Joe Meadows has updated his FILE and VERB utilities so that they'll
run under both OpenVMS VAX and OpenVMS AXP.  FILE lets you modify file
attributes, while VERB extracts DCL command definitions.  Both are
essential VMS utilities.

You can get them via anonymous ftp from ftp.spc.edu:

        [.MACRO32.SAVESETS]FILE.ZIP
        [.MACRO32.SAVESETS]VERB.ZIP

You can get them via e-mail by sending one or more of the following
commands in the body of a mail message to FILESERV@WKUVX1.BITNET:

SEND FILE
SEND VERB
SEND FILESERV_TOOLS     !Needed if you don't have UNZIP and MFTU
