Network sure was slooow... Anyway, two weekend picnics and too much beer later, I found a value for LGI$_SKIPRELATED. It must be a hard-coded value, as there are no LGI message definitions. (See examples for AUDIT in SYS$EXAMPLES.) The value of LGI$_SKIPRELATED is %xD38320 + SEVERITY. For use with the LOGINOUT Callouts, LGI$_SKIPRELATED's severity must be SUCCESS; %xD38321.
