Recently, I posted an article asking for a program like play.c which would let
me play audio files from the command line.  I wasn't aware that DECsound can do
this (my fault -- it's there in the on-line help).  Sorry, folks, I really
should've RTFon-lineM before posting.  My humble apologies.

Anyway, here's the scoop: you can setup a symbol as follows:
	$ PLAY :== $DECSOUND -SPEAKER -VOLUME 100 -PLAY
Note: You can specify either -SPEAKER or -HEADPHONE, and the -VOLUME goes from
0 to 100.

Now you can play audio files from the command-line by doing something like:
	$ PLAY filespec
