TSCON is a Terminal Server Connection utility that lets you execute
DECserver 100 and 200 commands from a remote VMS system.  I can't get
it to work with DECserver 500s, though the comments say it should.
The author is unknown.  This copy was sent to me by David L. Cathey
(thanks!).

To get it via anonymous ftp from ftp.spc.edu, you'll need:

        [.MACRO32]UNZIP.EXE
        [.MACRO32.SAVESETS]TSCON.ZIP

You can get it via e-mail by sending the following commands in the
body of a mail message to FILESERV@WKUVX1.BITNET:

SEND TSCON
SEND FILESERV_TOOLS             !Needed if you don't have UNZIP and MFTU
