There is an (undocumented, I think) internal Ethernet driver in the IPACP which can be used in place of the XEDRV; it's what we've been using and seems to work fine. To use the internal driver, specify ETHER as the driver name in the Device_Init line, eg: Device_Init:ETHER:EZA0:00-00-00-00-00-00... (be sure to specify the correct device name rather than EZA0).
