For those of you familiar with Don Stokes DCLCOMPLETE program
I have a modified version of it that extends its capabilities
and fixes a couple of problems with it.  This new version is
available via anonymous FTP from CRVAX.SRI.COM.  There is a
single zip file (DCLCOMPLETE.ZIP) that contains instructions
and two programs (DCLCOMPLETE.MAR and PIPE.MAR).

This version of DCLCOMPLETE has been tested on VAX/VMS V5.5-2
and doesn't appear to cause any problems.  Here is a list of
the highlights

	o  DCLComplete allows filename (local and across DECnet)
	   command and command qualifier (top level) completion
	   using <TAB>.

	o  DCLComplete will also allow you to obtain a list of
	   matching filenames while issuing a command using the
	   "?" key.

	o  DCLComplete will also do input/output redirection to
	   a file with " < " and " > "  strings followed by a
	   filename.

	o  DCLComplete will also do piping and multiple commands
	   by automagically calling the PIPE command.

Instructions on how to setup and use DCLComplete and PIPE are
included in the DCLComplete.readme file.

To obtain the DCLComplete.ZIP file ftp to CRVAX.SRI.COM and
login as ANONYMOUS.  Set transfer mode to Image and get 
DCLCOMPLETE.ZIP.  (ZIP can be obtained from various places -
see VAX SW list for details).
