 Wherever you got the sources should have also have a set of fixes
 in a separate file.  Fix v2 is:

On VMS systems, the file GCONFIGV.H is not created automatically.  You
should create this file by hand, with the following 2 lines as
contents:
 
#define USE_ASM 0
#define USE_FPU 1

 That's it for that fix.  Check ftp.cs.wisc.edu in /ghost/aladdin
